The Division
The Brand, Partnerships and Business Development Division is responsible for promoting Brand UNE, enabling student recruitment (domestic and international), developing business partnerships and promoting corporate fund raising and philanthropy.
The Business Area
Student Pathways is part of our Brand, Partnerships and Business Development Division that has responsibility for promoting Brand UNE, enabling student recruitment (domestic and international), developing business partnerships and promoting corporate fund raising and philanthropy. Student Pathways manages and provides a range of support services for both commencing and continuing students relating to admission, credit transfer and enrolment.

The Role
As a Student Pathways Advisor, you will be a critical resource in supporting our students across aspects of admission, credit transfers and enrolment. The role is responsible for proactively responding to student and providing specialist advice and support through a variety of communication channels, ensuring accurate record management and undertaking a range of associated administration.

Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role the Student Pathways Advisor will have demonstrated experience in the provision of specialist advice across multiple communication channels and well as high quality administrative service and support to students with enquiries relating to admission, credit transfer and enrolment. The Student Pathways Advisor will provide specialist advice, exercise discerning judgement and resolve complex enquiries or applications whilst ensuring the accurate application of policy, rules and guidelines. The incumbent will deliver services to students and staff requiring sound interpersonal, communication and engagement skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop effective professional relationships and maintain diplomacy, discretion and confidentiality with superior organisational skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
