Full Job Description

The Loan Administration Manager oversees the Loan Administration Department and its employees.

American State Bank’s Loan Administration Department processes and prepares and/or coordinates preparation of documents for all loans originated by ASB, this includes commercial real estate and consumer real estate. The department handles all loan servicing, monthly SBA reporting, monthly settlements of participated loans, collateral and financial tracking. The LAM is responsible for ensuring loans are processed and serviced in compliance with all regulatory requirements as well as bank policy. The LAM prepares loan reports for monthly board meetings as well as internal audits and regulatory exams. The LAM also serves as the application manager for Decision Pro and Laser Pro. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to creating and maintaining policies and procedures related to loan administration, vendor management, and loan audits.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in related field, may be waived in lieu of banking experience

Minimum two years loan administration experience

Experience with real estate closings and working knowledge of required documents.
