  • Plus 17% super, Salary packaging options are available

About the Directorate
People and Culture is responsible for developing and implementing strategies which focus on enabling our people to create an engaging and high performing work culture that delivers an outstanding higher education experience to our students. People and Culture is focused on working in partnership with Faculties and Directorates to deliver strategies, quality services and projects through a number of primary functions, including: Recruitment, Workplace Relations, Health, Safety and Wellbeing, Payroll, Benefits and Support, Organisational Development, Workforce Planning and Change Management.
About the Role
The Learning and Development Officer is located in the People and Culture directorate and reports directly to the Director, People and Culture. The Learning and Development Officer is an integral part of the Workforce Strategy and Development team is responsible for:

  • Assisting with the delivery of workforce development programs and organisation initiatives;
  • Utilising learning technology to support the development of online learning material learning and development program;
  • Providing administrative support and reporting against workforce development activities and associated financial administration.
