Tricap Residential Group seeks to hire an Engagement Manager to join our portfolio who will be part of the team to generate, convert, and engage Tricap’s residents. The Engagement Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations for their assigned property(s). They will help engage the customer experience through organizing events and helping others live better lives. They will ensure Tricap’s processes are being implemented to enable each property to optimal performance, develop relationships with vendors and contractors, and help implement a competitive marketing strategy. Lead a team of Service Supervisors and/or Technicians, managing their overall performance and holding each accountable to Tricap expectations
Responsible for monthly research and communication of financial reporting and budget variance analysis; performing annual budgeting processes with the guidance of the respective Senior Engagement Manager
Review & report accurate and timely performance weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually
Perform resident retention activities, meeting specific measurable goals, delivering timely correspondence, and effectively following up with residents
Oversee Service team; meeting specific, measurable goals and ensuring the timely response and completion of work orders
Manage the make-ready and renovation process in tandem with the Service Supervisor and Senior Engagement Manager to ensure on-site service teams are delivering an exceptional move-in experience
Guiding and leading service teams through problem resolution experiences with a primary focus to deliver an exceptional customer experience, responsible for resolving resident complaints in a timely manner
Monitor customer experience surveys, celebrate wins, identify areas of opportunity, work with team to generate solutions, implement and follow up on solutions
Organize and coordinate resident engagement events
Recruit, develop and retain high-performing team; coach, mentor and develop all team members
Evaluate service team’s performance on a weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual basis
Monitor and perform activities related to accounts receivable and payable
Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to the supervisor and/or Human Resources
Perform other duties as assigned


2 years of residential property management experience, overseeing at least 300 units
CPM or CAM preferred
Proficient computer and technical skills
Entrata or other property management software experience preferred
Ability to train, develop, lead, and mentor
Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines
Strong financial analysis ability
Comfortable with a fast-paced work environment
Excellent management, leadership, communication, organization, and time management skills
